However, based on lacking technical organization it is oftentimes hard to develop this potential. Solutions may be simple yet not always easy to see from within and too difficult to implement in existing structures, with limited (human) resources.

what we do
Dionos Services consults NGOs that focus on development issues on technical organization and organizational structures to allow staff to develop a high motivation to work together for the betterment of situations in emerging nations. Dionos Services hereby focuses on consulting, advising, as well as developing the technical solutions that utilize previously successfully-implemented schemes of structures, IT-based solutions such as staff- and members-databases, and the development of a website. Our experience tells us that mostly very simple tools allow for a clear and transparent structure and organization within an NGO that saves a huge amount of time and allows for human potential to excel.

Dionos Services has work experience from countries such as Germany, Ghana, Indonesia, Japan, Sri Lanka, Uganda and many other international settings with clients from very diverse backgrounds. Dionos Services started in the year 2001 as a web design company, gradually switching its focus to IT consulting and technical assistance for NGOs. Our philosophy is that every human being should use their potential to the fullest. That means that one has to focus on their specific strengths, with an open eye for new things to learn and grow. Having learnt that throughout its own development, Dionos Services strongly believes to have the potential and necessary resources to consult, advise, and develop.
